After payment confirmation, WebsDocs sends the activation path for approved Voice Agent clients. The process moves fastest when your website URL, business details, greeting, services, FAQs, support rules, language direction, and handoff paths are ready to paste into the form.
Once the prepared details are submitted, this portal creates the LLM-powered RTD Voice Agent profile, website install snippet, Voice CRM Dashboard access, voice usage wallet, setup record, and voice-company-profile.json file for the approved domain. If the information is ready, the profile creation and dashboard access step can complete in minutes.

Download voice-company-profile.json and upload it to
/data/voice-company-profile.json where supported. This gives the Voice Agent
a local structured business profile for faster setup and clearer context.
After the profile, snippet, wallet, and dashboard record are created, the Voice Agent can be tested on the approved website. Support tickets can be used for installation help, dashboard access, usage questions, language setup, or technical review.

After choosing a WebsDocs Voice Agent plan and completing payment, you receive an activation email with your Voice Agent activation code. Use that code on this page to create your business voice profile, generate the install snippet, create dashboard access, and prepare the required voice-company-profile.json file for your website.

Once the Voice Agent is created, use the result area below the form. First download the JSON file, then copy the install snippet, then open the dashboard details for client access.
Click Download JSON and save the file as

Upload the file to your website so the final path becomes
